DA Furious As Mayoral Candidate Raids Illegal Buildings Despite Party's Longstanding Support For Illegal Occupation

Cape Town - The Democratic Alliance is reportedly appalled by the behaviour of its mayoral candidate, Cilliers Brink, after he raided illegal buildings in Tshwane despite the party’s strong support for illegal occupation around the world.

Brink performed a raid with armed private security at a residence believed to be housing illegal immigrants in Tshwane. The antic forms part of his campaign to become mayor of Tshwane.

Sources within the DA revealed that the stunt was not well received by the party. “As the DA, we pride ourselves on supporting illegal occupation of all sorts. From Palestine to Pretoria, we will stand with those illegally occupying the land,” said the anonymous source.

The party is reportedly considering removing Brink from the ballot should he pull any more moves that go against its values.
