Cape Town - The Democratic Alliance has announced plans to contain the poor population of Cape Town in a dome in order to make the city more livable for its richer residents and tourists.

The plan was unveiled at the DA Federal Head Office in Cape Town to a packed room of people you would hope never show up to your party. The dome is set to be manufactured and delivered by Israeli firm Tagintir.“ We could find no better partner to assist us in our desire to create two different realities for our population than Tagintir,” DA Federal Leader Geordin Hill-Lewis told The Grapevine.

Residents, however, have been left shocked by the escalation following previous plans to build a wall “for safety”. The DA insists that the dome is simply intended to make sure that these communities are safe. They also mentioned that the municipality will likely control all travel, food and work-related movement coming in and out of the dome.
